Learning and Teaching Services (LTS) supports quality learning and teaching across the University and is responsible for shaping and implementing the University’s vision of excellence and leading the strategic initiatives to achieve these goals. LTS provides a range of resources including support for staff in curriculum development and enhancement, Moodle, multimedia production, policy advice, course review and accreditation, articulation, academic pathways, WIL and internships and more.

You will bring to the position:

  • Proven ability to identify opportunities to enhance learning and teaching initiatives and innovations.
  • Experience developing innovative teaching materials that ensure students meet learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise university students and supporting their educational development through multi-modal delivery strategies.
  • An appreciation of diversity and working in a fun, friendly and energetic work environment.

You will have:

  • A relevant advanced qualification and/or significant experience (doctoral qualification desirable).
  • A qualification in adult education.
  • Familiarity with tertiary education regulatory bodies and the ability to implement into curricula design.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience, and willingness to mentor junior academic staff.
