The Partnerships Directorate is focussed on the growth of our industrial and business partnerships and our civic and regional links, as well as our international business engagement.
A vacancy has arisen for the post of Healthcare Partnerships Manager. Working within the Partnerships team, the post holder will work with senior colleagues at the whole University level, including leading academics, to helpto develop the University’s engagement with its strategic industrial, academic and public sector partners in sectors directly aligned with the University’s Research themes, with a focus on the Healthcare sector. The purpose of the role is to build strong relationships and translate them into long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, relationship builder and will have experience of relationship management at executive board level within the Healthcare sector. The post-holder will have strong project management skills and commercial acumen, and experience of working on funding bids with proven success.
We are seeking to appoint a highly committed, self-motivated and organised individual who will demonstrate an ability to work independently, with a broad range of colleagues and a portfolio of external stakeholders..
