The University of Bristol are looking to appoint a dynamic communications professional to provide strategic communications advice and support for the Faculty of Engineering.
Working with senior managers and academics, schools, research institutes and professional services, you'll develop, manage and implement innovative, integrated communications plans, content and campaigns. You'll need to proactively manage our reputation, support external, internal and student communication and work with our student recruitment teams, acting as the ‘go to’ person for all communications relating to the Faculty.
A dab hand at developing and promoting content across all appropriate channels, you'll have a focus on University and Faculty outcomes and will provide expert guidance and advice to internal clients on how to tell the story of the amazing work of the staff and students here at Bristol University. You'll be happy leading projects and campaigns with the support of our teams, but also comfortable working across the University and with our suppliers.
You will be able to report on performance and evaluate success, you'll shape future activity, ensuring that our brand and reputation is enhanced and protected. You'll also be using your industry knowledge of best practice and professional standards to inform how we can develop and innovate in an exciting and changing sector.
