Teaching Fellow in Work and Organisational Behaviour

We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate to join the Human Resource Management Group of King's Business School. The School is one of the top ten ranked centres for the study of management and business in the UK, and became an independent Faculty on 1 August 2017, reflecting growth in the range and scale of research and teaching. There are presently over 110 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes.

The successful candidate will have to be able to contribute to excellent research-based teaching and assist in the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. We are looking to recruit a candidate who will engage and lead in teaching innovations to future-proof content and explore engaging delivery formats that shape the learning experience of our students.

King's Business School is committed to ensuring an inclusive interview process and will reimburse up to £250 towards any additional care costs (for a dependent child or adult) incurred as a result of attending an interview for this position.

This full time post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
