The University of Surrey offers its students opportunities to enhance their employability skills and cultural competence through its established Erasmus and exchange programme as well as other routes to gain study and work experience overseas.
We are looking for an Administrator for Outgoing Mobility, who is keen to work in an international context, supporting the outward mobility agenda. The post holder is responsible for delivering and promoting Erasmus+ and international exchange opportunities to our students by working with coordinators in Faculties, the National Agency and international partner institutions. The post holder is responsible for managing the Erasmus+ student records, paying the Erasmus grants and setting up bilateral agreements.
The post requires previous expertise of the regulations relating to the Erasmus+ scheme, have an intercultural awareness and possess strong IT skills, in particular the use of databases and spreadsheets.
