The Federation Business School is recognised for graduating business professionals from diploma programs through to masters who are confident, competent and work-ready. Reporting to the Dean, Federation business School, an exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified candidate to provide leadership in the development and delivery of Accounting programs and courses at undergraduate and graduate levels including supervision of students undertaking project courses, honours and research higher degrees. You will also make an outstanding contribution to the School’s research program including high quality publications, successful grant applications, mentoring and leadership.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful you will have a proven record in the development and implementation of innovative postgraduate programs, demonstrated evidence of high-quality teaching, including a national record of research and publications relevant to Accounting disciplines. A significant record of achievement in the supervision of honours, masters and doctoral students as well as a commitment and ability to develop and lead a student-centred approach with a focus on student success.
The salary is within the Academic Level E $179,407 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
