Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Geography (Ref.: 492687), to commence as soon as possible for 10 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Geography, Social Sciences or other related disciplines, with a strong qualitative and quantitative research background. They should have experience in transport policy research and planning research, as well as a good command of written and spoken English. The appointee will work on smart and sustainable transport covering a wide range of economic, social and environmental elements; assist the Project Director in managing, facilitating and implementing research activities; oversee data collection, conduct data analysis and draft reports under the guidance of Project Director and other project members; and perform any other duties as assigned.
