Starting Salary: Pro-rata salary of £5,736 per annum based on the FTE £20,836 per annum
Hours: 12.5 hours per week
Working: Friday 8am-3pm, Saturday 11am-5pm
Term: Permanent, Term-Time Only position. 36 weeks per year.

Within Library Services, we aim to enable members of the St Mary’s community to engage in scholarly activity and realise their personal potential. As part of this, we are seeking to recruit a Library Advisor to join our dynamic Library Experience team. This role will allow you to develop your experience within academic libraries, supporting you through many training and development opportunities, as well as offering a varied and interesting day-to-day experience.
Working pattern: Friday 8am-3pm, Saturday 11am-5pm.
The successful candidate will be able to support students in their use of our resources and technology; you will have a high level of IT literacy and be able to explain things in a non-technical way. You will be supportive of and engaged with a culture of continuous improvement, embrace change and have experience of providing excellent customer service in a team environment.
