Vice-Chancellor's Fellow in Leadership and Human Resource Management
The Department of Leadership & HRM at Newcastle Business School is one of the largest in the country, with over 60 academic staff. We have research strengths in diverse areas, with groups focusing on critical management and organisation studies, leadership development and HRD, public policy and management, responsible business, and sustainable work futures. We are looking to appoint a Research Fellow to work closely with colleagues in one or more of these groups to develop both your own research and that of others. You will have a doctorate in a relevant discipline, research outputs which would allow you to be submitted to the REF, plus evidence of engagement with relevant research networks and research funding. In return you will receive support to develop your research, a senior academic mentor, as well as opportunity to gain experience in other areas of academic work.
