The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join them in providing excellent administrative support to the School of Psychology.

Reporting to the PA to the Head of School whilst also providing skilled administrative and PA support to Head(s) of Department(s) and other senior staff, you will possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, together with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will need to be highly organised, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative, sometimes under pressure and to competing/tight deadlines.

A good team player, you will have administration experience, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a high level of accuracy, experience with complex diary management and problem solving skills; focusing on administration support for senior staff within the School, organising high level meetings and events, meeting facilitation and minute taking including ad hoc projects as appropriate.

As requested via the Executive Assistant and/or Business Operations Manager this role will also include providing administrative support across the wider Faculty PA and Administration team. You will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to managing your workload.
