An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team at the University of Surrey.

The Student Marketing, Admissions and Recruitment division is comprised of several distinct areas incorporating Market Insight and Data; Student Marketing and Portfolio, International and UK/EU Recruitment; and Admissions. The Department is responsible for ensuring that the University is optimally positioned; attracting, engaging and managing the applications from prospective students in domestic and international markets with our target audiences across Undergraduate, Postgraduate taught and Postgraduate research.

Reporting into the Postgraduate Taught Student Marketing Manager we are looking to appoint an experienced Email Marketing Officer to plan and execute multiple postgraduate focused email projects to ensure they are delivered within budget and scope. We are looking for someone who can build, test, implement and analyse email campaigns, identify trends and provide performance reports. Content writing and editing will also be required on occasion.

The email marketing officer will work with marketing, recruitment and faculty teams to deliver customer journeys that improve engagement, acquisition and conversion as well as ensure marketing activity is optimised.
