Full Time, Fixed-Term Maternity Cover (until January 2020)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Conference and Event team which is responsible for the delivery of our wide ranging Hospitality and Events here at the university.
Based in Egham and working in one of the area’s most iconic venues where no two days are the same, whether that be supervising the delivery of refreshments around campus, servicing formal dinners and weddings or working on the university’s graduation ceremonies you will find the role interesting and varied.
The role will be assisting the Deputy Manager in ensuring that our service to both our internal and external customers is maintained to a high standard. Along with the management team you will be responsible for the supervision and training of a large team of both full time and part time staff, encouraging them to exceed our customers’ expectations.
This is a 7 day a week business and therefore the role includes some evening and weekend shifts.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
Although this is a fixed term role to cover maternity leave the University has a large conference and catering department which offers great opportunities for progression. Holidays consist of 20 days holiday, 8 bank holidays and a number of additional discretionary days off
