The Provost is a key Deputy to the Vice-Chancellor, with oversight of all academic activities across the full breadth of the University. The Provost is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational delivery of our academic objectives, and in particular the performance of the University’s six Faculties and three University Schools, ensuring continuous improvement in performance to the highest standards of excellence. Externally, the Provost plays a key role in representing the University on the global stage.
This is a unique opportunity for an outstanding senior academic leader. We’re looking for someone who shares our vision and values; an inspirational and compassionate leader who is adept at navigating through complexity and can deliver against a brave and ambitious agenda for change.
Term and remuneration
The initial appointment will be for 5 years with the opportunity for renewal, and the successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package.
