The department of Computer Science, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) in partnership with RPS Software Ltd. are seeking a KTP Associate. RPS Software is a cutting-edge Software Development company specialising in the development of configuration and visualisation sales software for home improvement industries including conservatories and sunrooms.

You will be a motivated and software engineering-focused Computing graduate, with a passion for Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality and will help develop novel solutions involving advanced Augmented Reality for international clients in the Sunroom industry using Unreal Engine 4, AR Core and AR Kit and other hardware / software. The technology will enable the simulation of real-world physical environments via the extension of digitally modelled products accurately projected from the virtual world into the real one, with the potential to develop into an AR/VR simulation platform. You will be project manager and lead developer of this software with responsibility for the successful stated outcomes and compliance with LJMU, Innovate UK and RPS procedures and financial regulations.

We are looking to appoint a recent graduate to run this project. You should have a Computer Science / Software Engineering related degree (including Computer Games Development) and have strong computing and programming skills. You must also have excellent organisational, operational and communication skills.
