The Division of Cell Matrix Biology and Regenerative Medicine seeks to recruit a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Manchester Molecular Pathology Innovation Centre, based in Citylabs.

The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact for the Centre and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are dealt with effectively and will provide a high quality administrative service to a group of academic, research, technical and administrative staff within the Citylabs building.

You will act as a key administrative point of contact within the group; meet and greet external visitors to the Centre, ensure questions, issues and concerns are dealt with effectively. You will also provide a higher level of administrative support (including complex diary management and high level meeting support) to the MMPathIC Director, Operations Director and other local MMPathIC staff.

Experience of working with administrative processes in a customer facing office environment, with knowledge and/or experience of a higher education/NHS Trust environment is essential.
