Team Leader, Administration
About the position
Reporting to the Manager, Curriculum and Assessment, the Team Leader- Administration, will support the review, implementation and maintenance of the administrative systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of Faculty curriculum and compliance with quality assurance principles that align with Faculty and University policies.
The Team Leader will provide high-quality, client focused approach to the services provided by the Team. The position is also expected to ensure that all aspects under the area of curriculum administration are planned, documented, communicated and implemented in the required timeframes and to a high professional standard.
About the person:
To be considered for this position you will be a dynamic, results focussed team player with a background in senior administration and/or be degree qualified in a relevant discipline. Experience in supervising and inspiring a small team is also required, as are high level excellent attention to detail skills.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with others and tackle any issues professionally and practically.
You will have exceptional time management and planning skills being able to meet multiple deadlines without compromising on service delivery. Previous experience working within the higher education sector and experience in project management will be an advantage.

The salary for this appointment will commence at $64 835 plus 17.5% superannuation pa.
