Salary Salary up to: £10,497 per annum. Based on up to £26,243 per annum pro rata. Plus an on call allowance. Part time 2/3 days each week (14.8 hours). There is flexibility on days/times this work could be undertaken.

The Accommodation Officer will be directly responsible for the management of the University accommodation allocation system and invoicing processes, in accordance with current University policy and procedures.
A flexible and proactive team member with a positive and helpful attitude, the post holder will manage all Accommodation Office operating processes and procedures in compliance with relevant accommodation legislation and codes of best practice. They will also maintain the on-campus accommodation website and annually update all accommodation related literature and promotional material.
With attention to detail and a keen interest in analysis, the post holder will supervise the operation of Management Information Systems and prepare regular reports on key accommodation activities, including the analysis of trends, setting of targets and publication of performance statistics. Proven experience working in a busy customer focused environment, where excellent organisational skills and a high level of initiative will enable the post holder to work well on their own and within a team.
As with all staff within the team, the post holder will provide professional and proactive cover across the Accommodation operation, when required, and this may include being available to assist the wider Estate Management team at peak times.
This position will require a Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS) which will be undertaken by the University on appointment.
