Vacancy: Project Manager (CRM) – Initial 1 Year Fixed Term
We are taking our Sales, Marketing and Student Services to the next level to ensure that more and more people can achieve their goals through improved access to higher education and that the ongoing support they receive is second to none.
Through the enterprise adoption of Salesforce CRM, we will be able to deliver on this goal and we are therefore seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead in the definition and delivery of this crucial project. Solid experience in managing the successful implementation of an end-to-end Cloud based CRM solution (including integration with other business systems) is a must for this role.
You will be highly effective at building relationships to actively manage the engagement with directors and business stakeholders, as well as managing relationships with external partners involved in delivering new ways of working to the University.
You will be a highly credible Project Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and a capability for delivering change across a complex organisation.
This role requires a passionate, hands-on CRM professional with significant experience in the definition and delivery of an enterprise wide system implementation of this nature. In addition, you will be capable of effectively promoting the benefits of CRM across the business to help deliver the broader aspects of business change required for a project of this type.
