Applications are invited for the post of HR Officer in the Human Resources Department.
As a member of the Human Resources Operations department the post holder will manage the provision of an effective, proactive operational human resources service for the College seeking advice and support as required. Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR Operations the post holder will work with a colleague in taking day to day ownership for managing the HR Operations team and providing human resources advice to managers and employees on the full employee lifecycle.
The post holder will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong employment law knowledge and application, good people management experience and excellent communication skills. In addition the successful candidate will need significant experience of process redesign, input into policy design and application of rewards and benefits matters. Applicants will need to be qualified to CIPD level 5.
