Applications are invited for the post of Administration Manager in the Centre for the Development of Academic Skills

This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual with a strong focus on providing high-quality customer service. Excellent communicative, organisational and inter-personal skills are required for the post as is the ability to work to deadlines and to lead a team of administrative staff.

This is a dual role which combines oversight of the administrative function within CeDAS with managing a broad range of wider activities to ensure that the core functions of these four departments within Academic Services are effectively and efficiently supported: AQPO, EDC, CeDAS and Student Administration.

As part of the role, you will work closely with the Head of CeDAS, Academic Services colleagues and other staff from across the College to ensure timely and professional support for the smooth running of all administrative processes within CeDAS and Academic Services. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the setting and monitoring of service standards and to providing leadership in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a full-time post which is offered on a fixed-term basis. It is available from 1 January 2019 and due to end on 31 December 2019. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
