Counselling & Psychological Services
Salary: Grade 4, £19,202 - £22,017 per annum.
This post is offered on an open-ended and full-time basis.
You will provide a range of administrative services within Counselling and Psychological Services. In addition, you will deliver frontline and back office services and to give all service users professional and sensitive help and information, representing the service at first point of contact.
You will also ensure that student referrals are processed speedily and that subsequent appointments and follow-up arrangements are implemented.
This role requires you to provide an effective service and advice to colleagues and customers, and the ability to plan and prioritise work activities and react to changing issues/priorities as required and, with other team members ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the service administration in the interests of the student experience and other stakeholders.
