We have two vacancies for an Admission Assistant, one is full time and one is 0.6 FTE. Please indicate which role you are applying for in your personal statement.

The busy Admissions office is based within Global Engagement and deals with all enquires and applications to our undergraduate, postgraduate, foundation programmes and PGCE Teaching courses. The role will be supporting the Admissions Officers in the application process for all our courses and helping with arrangements for interviews and auditions.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with proven administrative experience. You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service, good IT skills and strong oral and written communication skills. You will be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
