Salary:  £21,336 per annum - including London Allowance

Applications are invited for the post of PA to Head of School in the School of Management.

This vacancy presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join a team of professional services staff, supporting Students and Academic staff in the School of Management. You will have experience in providing excellent administrative support, enabling senior staff to focus on business development and high-level management issues. You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain the student attendance monitoring systems and database, and work with Academic Coordinators to support student and staff within college policies. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required. You will be an excellent team player.

This is a full time, fixed term post until July 2019, available immediately or as soon as possible thereafter. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
