Student Services & Administration is seeking a motivated individual to join the Exams and Graduation Team based on the Stag Hill campus. This post is part time, ideally for 40 weeks of the year and would suit someone looking for a school term time only role.

With the University having been awarded the Times/ Sunday Times University of the Year Award for 2016, the posts represent an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop a career in Higher Education at one of the UK's top Universities.

The Exams and Graduation team is a small but busy team who are responsible for the organisation of class tests and university exams and the organisation of the university’s graduation ceremonies. As part of this team you will have some responsibilities in all of these key areas of activity.

You will work closely with your Line Manager, and academic and administrative staff across the central and Faculty services, in order to deliver a high quality and efficient service across a range of Exams and Graduation tasks.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask, to communicate effectively to different audiences, and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy. The role will require excellent interpersonal and organisational ability. You will need to be adaptable to different situations and should be well organised and methodical in your approach.

Relevant administrative experience would be a distinct advantage. Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office packages, and familiarity with databases would be beneficial. Accuracy and attention to detail and a proactive approach to different groups of customers is essential.
