The appointment will be in the School of Computer Science in the Information Management Group. This post is part of interdisciplinary project work and you will conduct research related to the extension of a thermal simulation tool for large scale integrated systems for industrial scale deployment, with applications in Industry 4.0 and IoT settings.

You should have a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering or related area. Strong background in hardware design and automation, in large-scale numerical software libraries, and specialist knowledge in C++ programming design are essential. You should be capable of working under your own initiative and you will be part of a diverse research team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also required. The appointment will be made on merit.
