Vacancy: Registry Co-ordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Registry Co-ordinator to join Arden Universities Academic Affairs Department.  Academic Affairs has responsibility for student registrations, submission and examining of assessments, arranging examinations, data reporting, supporting student feedback at academic committees and oversight of the quality assurance processes.  It comprises three main teams – Quality, Registry and Student Data.  The Registry team has overall responsibility for the accurate management of student records, managing the examinations process and for managing student graduations and certification.

Personal Profile 

The main focus of the role will be to support the Head of Registry with the management of Arden’s bespoke Student Record System.  The role demands an individual who possesses excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.  The ability to think logically whilst understanding the importance of accuracy is essential.

You must be comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing to a variety of stakeholders (e.g. students, senior management) and possess excellent IT skills.  A solid grasp of common software packages is essential.  For example: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new systems quickly, although full training will be provided.
