This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the newly created Home Recruitment and Conversion Team as Enquiries Team Leader.
Driven by, and accountable for, ambitious Key Performance Indicators in order to achieve outstanding customer service; quick turnaround times; cross-selling of programmes; and registrations at key recruitment/conversion events, the Enquiries Team Leader will be an expert in their field.

They will have a comprehensive understanding of the University of Bristol, the higher education sector and the needs of all those who contact them. They will set the standards for the Enquiries Team and assist in the development and delivery of lead generation strategy.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator with a track record of establishing and developing effective teams. They will be able to work successfully with a range of stakeholders from across the University to ensure all understand, and contribute to, our work to attract and convert the highest calibre students from all backgrounds.

This is a full time, open ended post. Due to the nature of the work, occasional weekend working will be required and there may be restrictions on the taking of leave in August.
