The University of Bristol are looking to appoint a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Assistant based within Student Marketing in External Relations, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the University’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.

You will work closely with members of the admissions teams and academic schools to create a professional suite of applicant and enquirer communications, supporting undergraduate, postgraduate and international student recruitment.

The role is office based, undertaking the work of the CRM team, building email templates and creating marketing lists using the Customer Relationship Management database.

We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, has great attention to detail, with experience of database administration, and has an interest in marketing and recruiting students. Planning and organisational skills are essential, as are interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate on complex issues with a variety of users.
