Job Summary

Candidate will participate in ongoing research on neutron-star-powered ultraluminous X-ray sources and measuring their magnetic field strengths.

Job Duties

– Work alongside other members on the research team to conduct detailed statistical analysis using specialized software for spectral fitting
– Write new software scripts for various data models
– Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

– Pursuing a degree in Physics or another related field
– Interest in conducting detailed statistical analysis
