Project Manager, HCMS

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the planning, project management, and implementation of a transformative HR system to the University community. Responsibilities will include the upfront development of business cases in support of key systems initiatives and change programs, as well as working closely with Human Resources and other business units in the implementation of these initiatives. Significant positive communication and stakeholder engagement is an expectation of the role.
This a full-time, five year position located at our picturesque St Lucia campus. The campus is home to a vibrant University culture, and features sporting and fitness facilities, cafés, affordable parking, and extensive public transport connections. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
