To support this you will focus on improving student outcomes, increasing enrolment numbers, attendance, retention, progression and satisfaction, and work closely with the community and industry to grow relationships and business opportunities, student placements and employment.

You will inspire and manage a multi-cultural team of around 30 people, setting clear goals, and direction and managing performance and effort.

Within the company you will be supported by and expected to work positively and collaboratively with the cross-organisational leadership roles of Head of Quality, Head of Foundation Studies, Head of Vocational Studies, Administration Services, and Student Services.

We are interested in hearing from people with the following:

  • A Master's qualification in education, business or management is preferred however you will need at least a bachelor's degree
  • Training and development across education, teaching, learning and development, leadership management disciplines
  • Experience running a financially and academically successful educational institution in the Middle East, preferably KSA
  • Evidence of inspirational leadership skills

You will have demonstrated experience of creating a quality culture and engaging a wide range of roles and cultures. You will need to be persuasive, extremely resilient, a team player and be able to set a clear direction and then take action to achieve clear outcomes.
