We are seeking to recruit an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support to the Information Governance office within Compliance & Risk.

You will provide the full range of secretarial support including support for key office meetings including agenda-setting, collation and distribution of papers and minutes of meetings; administrative support for Information Governance Committee meetings and for operational meetings with Faculties, Schools, Institutes and the PSS. They will also support the Information Governance website presence; and prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports e.g.: Performance Metrics, which will require the manipulation of data and the production of data tables and reports using Excel, Access etc.

You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work to deadlines and under their own initiative; and strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to deal confidently with senior staff. You will also have strong IT skills, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint; and some knowledge or experience of maintaining financial accounts or the ability to quickly understand and apply established procedures.
