The current rate for part time hourly lecturers is £43.15 per hour.
The School of Languages and Linguistics at York St John University is looking for a part-time hourly paid Korean Lecturer to teach a beginners Korean module for 2 hours a week x 2 groups x 12 weeks. The role includes preparation, teaching, setting and marking of assessments including oral exams and any related course admin. The ideal candidate will be a speaker of Korean with teaching experience, ideally in the UK Higher Education system and/or at beginners level. Candidates must have a BA qualification but this can be in any subject.
