This is a full-time permanent position, located in the Advancement Services Team which sits in the University’s Advancement Division, and reports to the Senior Manager Advancement Services and Community Engagement.

The Advancement Division is responsible for the strategic, university wide, integration and co-ordination of alumni relations, fundraising and community engagement functions to support the development of enduring relationships to provide multiple opportunities and connections to support the mission of the University of Wollongong.

The role is responsible for the coordination of the systems, data and financial information contained within the Division. A critical function of the role is the effective management of constituent data to support engagement and communication strategies, philanthropic gift processing, regulatory compliance and reporting. Your excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills will ensure you are able to liaise and consult professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
