Applications are invited for the post of Head of Customer Services. This is an exciting role, within the Library Services Department at Royal Holloway.

Following the move of the Library into a new £60m Library & Student Services Centre at the heart of campus in September 2017, this role brings the opportunity to develop fresh, innovative ways to provide a customer service that matches the superb building.

As an enthusiastic and innovative information professional, you will have strong leadership skills, looking to ensure a consistent, high quality customer experience is provided 24/7. Working with other departments within the Academic Services Directorate, you will expand the reach of the library services across campus. You will be committed to gaining and analysing user feedback, and working to continually enhance services accordingly. You will thrive on leading change, and have demonstrable experience of providing exceptional user-focused services within an academic environment.
