The People and Wellbeing team bring this to life by delivering a comprehensive suite of HR services to the 4500 employees and support the vision and goals of the Corporate Services Strategic Plan and overall mission of the University.

The opportunity

We are looking for an outstanding People and Performance Manager to collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Services to develop performance management programs and key performance indicators for the Group using a data driven focus.

Reporting to the Director of People and Wellbeing, with oversight by the Vice President (Corporate Services), you will champion the Corporate Services strategy and resultant activities, ensuring success through capability and service culture frameworks.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Nathan campus.

About you

You will have a proven track record successfully implementing a range of strategies and programs to improve workforce performance and culture, with relevant qualifications, ideally at a postgraduate level. Your leadership in workforce analytics and experience coaching and developing capability in managers and senior leaders should be complemented by your exceptional stakeholder management skills and your ability to influence and negotiate.

Salary range

HEW 10 Salary: $116,202 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $135,957 per annum.
