About the role
An ongoing position for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Adviser to provide high-level administrative support and advice to the colleges in the areas of drafting of articulation tables and management of student complaints has been created in the College Education team.
You will work closely with key senior stakeholders in ensuring partnership arrangements are up to date and correct and responding to, and facilitating the resolution of SHE student complaints in accordance with policy and procedures.
Skills and Experience
This role is well suited to a problem-solver, with excellent oral and written skills in the preparation of reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Your ability to manage several different projects and multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes will aid your success in this role.
Demonstrated management and leadership skills with successful experience in managing and leading staff to promote a cohesive and effective team and managing workflows is essential.
