About the Job 

In this new and key strategic role in the Office of the Dean: Academic, you will oversee project initiatives and activities that aim to meet the teaching and learning objectives of the Division. 

You will research and critically analyse trends and practices, provide high level advice and recommendations, develop strategic and comprehensive business plans in consultation with key stakeholders across the Division, lead and manage the implementation of those projects, and report upon their milestones and progress.

Skills and Experience 

You will have a tertiary qualification coupled with prior experience leading and managing a team, including the development of a positive team culture. You will also have experience in developing briefings, project plans, complex reports and presentations, and extensive experience in project management and leadership at a high level within an organisation.

Your strong research and analytical ability, highly developed interpersonal skills, and capacity for balancing competing demands will ensure your success in this role.
