The Role and Responsibilities
Use your passion for events management to conceptualise, develop and deliver programs and events for the School of Science. With line management responsibility and support from a great team, you will take responsibility for making the School shine at public events such as Open Day and student events such as orientation.
In addition to events, you will work collaboratively with academic staff from a wide range of scientific disciplines to produce the school's degree information for future students, write media articles to highlight our successes and develop rich and engaging web pages which showcase the school's capabilities and achievements.
Skills & Experience Required
You will have a high level of experience in managing and delivering events and information assets in a complex environment. Experience project managing, including planning, budgeting and managing resources will be essential to your success in the role. Content production experience for both print and the web would be highly desirable.
