Salary: £29,515 per annum
Annual Leave: 20 days, rising to 25 after 5 years service.

The Registry team is responsible for the quality assurance of academic provision and for all aspects of student administration, from admission through to graduation. We provide a wide range of administrative services for students and staff.

We are looking for a Student Records Officer to support the Student Records Manager in administration and management of all student records

You will be responsible for the maintenance of all Student Records and have operational oversight of the student records system maintenance activities.

Other responsibilities will involve organising the registration of new undergraduate and postgraduate students, implementing regular data checks during the year to ensure the integrity and accuracy of student data, supervising the work of Registry Services Administrators and supporting the Student Records Manager and Head of Registry Services with spring and summer Graduation.

The University is migrating to the SITS student records system next year and previous student records system experience, particularly SITS, will be looked upon favourably.
