The key role of the postdoctoral research fellow would be to undertake research on a range of novel wastewater technologies at the pilot scale.
Applicants should possess a PhD in environmental or chemical engineering related to water/wastewater treatment or a closely-related field and demonstrated expert knowledge in the development and demonstration of cutting-edge wastewater treatment processes and technologies at both laboratory- and pilot scale including problem-solving and trouble-shooting. You should also have a strong desire to support industry and develop a successful and highly-productive research career in waste management, water treatment and sustainable technologies. You should have practical engineering skills, a focus on safety, attention to detail, excellent analytic skills, very good writing abilities, and the capacity to work with multidisciplinary research teams.
