School of Molecular and Life Sciences
The School of Molecular and Life Sciences hosts a combination of studies in medical radiation sciences, agriculture and food science, chemistry, ecology and molecular bioscience. Courses are supported by research-led teaching and are dedicated to creating graduates with industry experience. The School strives to act as a source of independent and expert advice to industry, government and society, and to carry out research and development.
The School is seeking to appoint a Teaching and Research Academic in Medical Radiation Physics. The School is continuing to strengthen its capacity in Medical Radiation Sciences (MRS).
Your new role
This is a Teaching and Research academic position. You will be involved in the design and delivery of various aspects of Curtin’s MRS-related courses, at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A focus will be on contributing to the teaching within Curtin’s Medical Physics courses.
In addition, you will be developing independent and collaborative research aligned with the School’s research strategy.
You will bring to the role
- A doctoral qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching medical radiation physics topics.
- Expertise and capabilities that complement the School’s existing research capabilities in Medical Physics (and related areas).
