We are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support to Registry. The successful candidate will work primarily in the conferring office, but may also contribute to other activities in Registry including administration relating to external examiners, curriculum management, and non-routine queries.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues within the wider Registrar's Office and across the University. The work will involve the accurate execution of important operational processes in addition to the provision of support and information for students, colleagues and third parties.
Executive Assistant Salary Scale: €24,152 - €39,114 p.a. (13 points)
Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.
*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
