Grade 4 - £19,202 to £22,017 per annum, dependent on experience (fixed term for 9 months)
The Marketing Department aims to raise the profile of the University, protect and enhance its reputation in key areas of strength, and maintain, develop and improve systems of communication and consultation with and between all staff.
Based within our large in-house Marketing department and as a key member of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, you will work closely with colleagues from across Marketing and Recruitment. You will build and deliver email communications and direct marketing campaigns, undertake segmentation of the CRM database to identify target audiences, and assist in the management and development of our CRM data and database.
You must have strong Excel skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to interpret data, and familiarity with databases and/or CRM systems. You will also be a clear team player with outstanding communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage conflicting demands.
