Salary: Grade 6, £28,660 - £32,236 per annum.
This post is full time (35 hours), with funding available for 18 months in the first instance.
You will provide in-depth technical expertise in the areas of molecular biology including processing and archiving of samples, DNA/RNA extraction, whole genome amplification, PCRs, qPCRs, and next generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation to Poppy Lamberton’s group and provide advice on the set up and best operation of equipment and procedures to aid delivery objectives. In addition, the postholder will undertake a range of technical support activities in line with the Institute Research & Teaching strategy.
