Job description

Within the Faculty of Business and Law, the School of Marketing and Management seeks to appoint an experienced, highly motivated Lecturer in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development. The postholder would contribute to the provision of high quality teaching and research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. There will also be opportunities to be involved with delivery on our executive education courses. You will join a highly regarded, research active and student-centred team of colleagues in delivering our HRM courses.

Applicants will need at least a Master's degree (or professional equivalent) in a relevant management focused subject and recent teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates holding PhDs /close to completion and/or with a record of publications in the relevant field. Your growing research portfolio and your ability to network and develop partnerships with external organisations will further enhance the School's profile.
