Starting Salary: £10,418 per annum based on the Full Time Equivalent £20,836 per annum.
Hours: 0.5 FTE (18 hours per week)
Term: Starting November/December and Fixed Term for 20 months

The University is about to start the journey to replace its Student Records system. There is a major programme of work run from within the Project Office to enable this transformation to take place. This role will provide high level professional, efficient and effective project and administration support to the SRS Programme Director and Project Office. You will be working with project stakeholders and suppliers, monitoring and reporting, ensuring the smooth-running of the project whilst working to project deadlines.
Good communication skills are an essential as is attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and workload. Confidence and experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Experience of Microsoft Project would also be desirable.
