$185,946 (ALE) plus 10% allowance plus 17% superannuation

Your new role

The Faculty is seeking a senior leader to build on the success of the School of Electrical Engineering, Computing & Mathematical Sciences (EECMS) and create a hub for digital and technological innovation across the faculty and wider University. With renowned global research expertise in radio astronomy, and strengths in artificial intelligence, cyber security and renewable energy and power systems, this is a unique opportunity to foster multidisciplinary teams committed to excellence in learning and teaching, research, student and industry engagement.

Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor, the Head of School will possess academic leadership experience, well developed communication skills and substantial program delivery and change management expertise. The successful candidate will also be able to build and lead a team culture based on Curtin’s values and have the commercial drive to enhance Curtin’s strong industry orientation.
