To provide an efficient service meeting customer needs and ensuring compliance with legislative needs for food and beverage service.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide a high standard of customer care in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
To adhere to current legislation and department standards relating to Health, Safety and Food Hygiene, including the HACCAP system, temperature recording and due diligence.
To adhere to departmental standards in each Catering Unit, covering service at counters or tables as applicable.
