SENIOR RESEARCH AND TRAINING ASSOCIATEAbdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America, to develop public goods and resources that will help researchers conduct impact evaluations, build researcher capacity through trainings, and support the launch of new evaluations of social programs. Will draw lessons from the implementation and analysis of evaluations and coordinate with the research group to translate these lessons into generalizable best practices, protocols, training materials, or online resources to benefit the wider research community; support multiple impact evaluations through Short-Term Research Management (STReaM); and support global research staff training which is designed for research staff working on randomized evaluations.

Job Requirements

REQUIREDbachelor’s degree that includes significant training in economics and statistics or quantitative methods of program evaluation; and four years of experience (that may include relevant experience gained through internships and part-time work) involving research, social policy or data analysis. Familiarity with randomized evaluations is preferred.  Job #16768
